Quarter 3 Sport (Basketball) starts Monday, January 5, 2026. We will meet in large gym at 3:30 PM.
Students athletes needs:
- Cleared with front and Athletic department before practicing.
- Complete a 2025-2026 AIA Physical Release Form before start of practice.
- K8 Athletic Handbook signed and turned in.
- All uniforms turned in from 2nd quarter sports.
Be prepared:
- Water bottle,
- Gym shoes,
- Appropriate clothing for basketball.
- Jacket and sweatpants to stay warm.

NAIC Wrestling Championships

NAIC Soccer will be in Page Tuesday or Thursday.

NAIC DII Volleyball, Wednesday Dec 17 , 2025, we will have 2 games here at Shonto Prep's large gym.
> 1st game: Rock Point vs Kaibeto @ 4pm
> 2nd game: Shonto vs the winner @ 5:30pm.
> DII Semifinals and Championships will be Shonto Prep's Large gym on Saturday, Dec 20, 2025. The game begins at 10:00 a.m.

What can you do to help?
To help prepare your child for the i-Ready Diagnostic, encourage them to:
- Get a good night’s sleep and eat a full breakfast the day of the assessment.
- Be on time to school!
- Try their best on each question and try not to rush.
- Try not to worry about questions they do not know—remind them that it is expected they will get only about half of the questions correct.
- Be respectful of other students who take longer to finish.
- Avoid Early Check-Out.
