Shonto Preparatory School will be conducting a required Hearing & Vision Screening on October 2, 2025 for the following grades:
Kindergarten, 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th, including new enrollees and SPED students. If there are any questions, please contact Mrs. M. Laughter, the Hearing and Vision Screener, at Shonto Preparatory School Elementary Office (928)672-3500 ext. 1001.

Count Week.
Residential students are encouraged to attend school daily and be present during ISEP Count Weeks.
Week 1: Sept 28 - Oct 3
Week 2: Oct 5 - Oct 10
Spring Break: Oct 13 - Oct 17
Week 3: Oct 19 - Oct 24
Attendance during these weeks ensures funding that supports the program. If you are unable to be present during count weeks, please provide an excuse note to the Dorm Manager.

Afternoon Bus Change Deadline: 2:00 p.m.
For the safety of all students, no changes to afternoon bus transportation will be accepted after 2:00 p.m.. This allows our office staff, teachers and bus drivers to ensure all students are on the correct bus before dismissal. Thank you for helping us ensure your student(s) gets home safely.
